Tom joined the Bob Anderson Builders, Inc. Team in August 1992 as a carpenter. At that time, the company was a small carpenter contractor primarily working on single family projects and Tom’s reliability and work ethic proved invaluable. Tom worked on rough and finish projects in the early days and then began transitioning to finish carpentry projects as the company began to grow and turn its focus to commercial and multi-family. Today Tom leads many of our largest multi-family and commercial projects and his reliability and work ethic remain 2^nd to no one. Tom expects a lot from his team and holds himself to equally high standards. He strikes a nice balance between ‘old school construction foreman’ and an easy-going leadership style with a quick smile. Tom is deeply valued by The Team for his decades of service and hundreds of successful projects he has led during his time with the company.
