Ryan joined the Bob Anderson Builders, Inc. Team in 2018 as a rough carpenter and quickly earned his co-workers respect as someone who was hard working, could be heavily depended on, and constantly looking to improve himself and those around him. Ryan enrolled in the ABC Carpenter Apprenticeship program and graduated 4 years later with top grades and accolades from his instructor. As a 4^th year apprentice, Ryan placed 2^nd in the Wisconsin Skills Competition for all 3^rd and 4^th year carpenter apprentices! In 2021, The Team had a need to add an estimator to the Pre-construction Team and so the new position was posted as an internal job opening to the entire BAB Team. A number of qualified candidates applied for the position, but Ryan rose to the top with the same energy, forward thinking, and hunger he showed years earlier. Today Ryan is deeply valued and heavily counted on by The Team to cultivate relationships, and provide timely accurate estimates in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. Ryan has great wit and a quick smile to go along with a tireless and serious work ethic.
