Mike Bosshard
Director of Safety
After spending much of their married life near Dousman, Mike and his wife Tina moved into a home they built near Mauston. They have two adult children and several furry partners. Mike and Tina both enjoy shooting sports and spending time with their children and friends at their central Wisconsin retreat.
Mike joined Bob Anderson Builders, Inc. in December 2000 as a carpenter and quickly established himself as someone who could be depended on and who cared about the safety and quality of the company’s work. Mike worked his way up thru the crew and then in 2004 was promoted to Foreman, overseeing up to 12 carpenters on the company’s larger multi-family and commercial projects where he again showed his passion for safety and getting his crew home safely each night. Mike successfully oversaw dozens of projects over many years until in 2018 the company had grown to the point of needing a full time Director of Safety. As the Director of Safety, Mike is responsible for writing safety plans, implementing safety procedures, identifying job site hazards, performing consistent jobsite visits along with written jobsite safety audits. From 2018 to present Mike has been a member of the ABC of Wisconsin Safety Committee, he co-chaired the Safety Committee in 202, and will be Chairman of the committee in 2024.
