Mike joined the Bob Anderson Builders, Inc. Team in June of 2011 as a rough carpenter working in the Multi-Family division. Mike brought an incredibly good attitude and hard work ethic to the table that was recognized and appreciated by all his co-workers. The opportunity arose for Mike to lead a multi-family rough carpentry crew and Mike accepted the invitation and the challenge! Mike is a quiet, compassionate leader who leads by example and is liked and respected by those who work with him and for him. Mike is constantly analyzing his leadership style, what worked and what didn’t, and tweaking things to be a bit better today than he was yesterday.
