Jeff started working on the job with his Dad, Bob Anderson, when Jeff was 9 or 10 years old. Safety was not as much of a concern in those days, so young Jeff was able to use power tools and nail guns along with stacking lumber and general clean-up. Jeff started at $.50/hour, yet there weren’t too many things he enjoyed more than being outside working on the job! Jeff joined the team full-time the day after he graduated high school and several years later started leading a small residential remodeling crew. A few years later, he began leading a commercial/multi-family crew. After a few more years, he was asked to move into the office, where he began learning the business side of the company as he was moved into an estimating and project management role. On January 1^st, 2014, Jeff and Marla completed the purchase of the business from Bob and Karen Anderson, and Jeff assumed the role of President/Owner, where he stayed until 2023. On June 1, 2023, the sale of the business to the employees was completed, and Bob Anderson Builders, Inc. became a 100% Employee-Owned Company. Today, Jeff remains as President and works closely with a long-tenured and talented team to continue to grow and guide the business.

Jeff enjoys the outdoors and exploring the vast public land in the area. He loves to do anything with his family outdoors, and they will most likely be found mountain biking, water skiing, snow skiing, hunting, camping, or grilling in the backyard!
