Jay joined the Bob Anderson Builders, Inc. Team in July of 1998 as a carpenter. When Jay joined the team, the company was working on mostly residential projects and Jay worked on both the rough and finish carpentry of these projects. Not long after, the company started transitioning to light commercial and multi-family and Jay quickly made the transition, learning the ropes in all (3) of the company’s divisions. Today, there isn’t a project or a client in any of the divisions that Jay can’t handle – his versatility and willingness to constantly adapt is deeply admired and appreciated by the team. Jay expects a lot from those who work on his crew but leads by example and holds himself to high standards. Jay has a quick wit and easy smile – he is well liked by everyone who crosses paths with him and is deeply valued by The Team.
