EMELIA RILEY
Project Manager
Emelia lives in Delavan with her husband Andy and their combined two daughters. Emelia enjoys frequent trips to their family cabin in northern Wisconsin and all shooting sports. Emelia is a nationally ranked trap shooter and when she isn’t shooting in competitions around the Midwest, she likely can be found shooting at the Delavan Gun Club where she also sits on the Board of Directors.
Emelia joined Bob Anderson Builders, Inc. in March of 2019 as Project Coordinator where it quickly became clear she was highly organized and had an acute attention to detail so it was no surprise when she quickly took her Project Coordinator role to new levels. In early 2020, we had an opening on our Project Management Team and Emelia quickly rose to the top of possible candidates. In her role as Project Manager Emelia is responsible for project kick-off, material submittals, purchasing and coordinating delivery of project material, all project job costing, project invoicing, managing project schedule, and final project close-out documents. Emelia’s follow-thru, work ethic and attention to detail add immense value to our Project Management Team. Emelia lives life and manages her projects with a genuine care for the outcome and for the people involved, we feel very privileged to have her on our team!
