Jen and her husband Dave, live in Waukesha where they enjoy walks with their two dogs Vinnie and Nikko. Jen and Dave enjoy frequenting the local restaurants and eateries with their close group of family and friends. Their weekends and Holidays are often filled hosting family or traveling to be with family.
Jen joined Bob Anderson Builders, Inc. in December 2017, at a critical crossroads in the business, as our Controller. In the first year, Jen implemented and oversaw a complete overhaul of our software, integrated the new software with a new time-entry field app for our field foremen, and took our financial reporting to new heights. Jen also is responsible for the Human Resources, where she leads our onboarding process, Employee Benefits, and the company retirement plan. Now as the Chief Financial Officer for Bob Anderson Builders, Inc., Jen’s attention to detail and the integrity with which she leads is deeply valued. Jen is always looking for ways to improve procedures and be more efficient. She enjoys strategizing and collaborating on ideas to continue to grow the business, while also factoring in risk mitigation. We are very grateful to have Jen on our team and for what she has been able to accomplish since joining Bob Anderson Builders!
